Empowered Beauty

During a spiritual awakening, it’s all too common for us to feel disconnected from our higher power and intuition. Consequently, we may find it challenging to receive or translate communication. Today, I’ll be explaining precisely how our intuition and Source communicate with us.

The distance between us and the ability to hear Source and our higher self is the gap between our left brain and our left hemisphere to our right brain and our right hemisphere. The left brain represents our existence in space and time, embodying both symbolic and literal manifestations of these concepts. It houses our logic, reasoning capacities, higher-order faculties, and critical analytical skills.

The left brain specifically analyzes data, organizes, compiles, and synthesizes reality into the third-dimensional reality we know, live, and experience. This process occurs through the psychic impressions and emanations dwelling within the right brain and the right hemisphere of our body-mind-spirit.

The inner emanations of the right brain constitute the psychic, esoteric light that emanates outward, shaping our known reality. The ancient saying that we are the light illuminating our reality is not mere poetic rambling; it is the very truth of our being and experience.

The psychic impressions and emanations from the right brain are then analyzed and interpreted by our left brain, using logic and reason to the best of its ability. Understanding this schism and the resulting distance is crucial, as it is the root cause of feeling distant or incapable of hearing communication from our higher power. This disconnect is further exacerbated by our overidentification with the logical cerebral side, projecting interpretations into the psychic light.

When we cannot understand a phenomenon directly, we relate to it through projections—placing our perceptions on the psychic light within our being. The left hemisphere of the brain is connected to the right hemisphere of our body, and vice versa. The left hemisphere of the brain serves as the interface between us and the inner light of consciousness, acting as our spiritual antenna. It receives the signal and converts it into our third-dimensional physical reality.

Ever felt disconnected during a spiritual awakening? It's the left brain's logical fortress that often keeps us from the psychic light within. Time to fine-tune and open the spiritual antenna for whispers from our higher self.

Contrary to common belief, our inner light of consciousness animates our reality, and the outward light is a reflection of that. The left hemisphere, over-identified as the left hemisphere of our body-mind-spirit, struggles to perceive the communication from the right brain and right hemisphere of our body-mind-spirit, as it speaks a different language.

To bridge the gap between our hemispheres and connect with Source, the left brain must tune into the subtle realms of the right hemisphere. This involves a shift towards subtlety, contrary to the misconception that communication must be bold and loud. The subtleties of the psychic realms are far more nuanced than our expectations.

The second reason for this disconnect is our overidentification with the left hemisphere of our body-mind-spirit, primarily rooted in space-time. To access the subtleties of the right brain and imagination, the left brain must relax its overly analytical identification, allowing for creative communication and synapse reorganization.

The third step involves reorienting our identification to the ultimate truth—the coexistence of the left and right hemispheres within our consciousness. Accepting that we are Source helps overcome conditioned beliefs in separation and distance. Understanding the hermetic axiom of “As Within So Without” emphasizes that our reality mirrors our inner truth.

Crucially, our thoughts become the medium through which Source communicates with us. Distinguishing between lower mind chatter and divine communication within our thoughts is the challenge of spiritual awakening. Healing and integrating our being gradually clear the cerebral hyperactivity fostering separation from our divinity.

In essence, thoughts are abstract permeations within the sea of consciousness. The journey involves relaxing the mind into the heart space, where the heart tunes the brain’s antenna, facilitating communication with Source. This process invites a vast, opened feeling, devoid of emotional peaks but resonating with the invisible wavelengths of divine communication.

To enhance this connection, release anticipation and expectations regarding the form of communication. Validate and acknowledge the subtle yet clear communication that manifests through the ordinary yet profound channel of thoughts. By embracing these principles, we refine our connection with Source, paving the way for a deeper understanding of our spiritual journey.

Mastering Manifestation: Understanding the Dance of Vibration and Frequency

Mastering Manifestation: Understanding the Dance of Vibration and Frequency

Mastering Manifestation: Understanding the Dance of Vibration and Frequency

Frequency vs Vibration

In the midst of a spiritual awakening, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy and aligned vibration. However, there’s often a lack of clarity regarding our frequency, leading to misconceptions or confusion where we might mistake our vibration for our frequency. Allow me to attempt to clarify the difference between our vibration and our frequency.

We could look at our vibration as the part of our energy field that is giving us moment-to-moment feedback about how we feel about ourselves and how we feel about our reality, as well as what level of thoughts that we are able to access regarding those specific feelings. Thoughts and feelings are the determinant factors in our vibration from a moment-to-moment perception. A vibration can be easily increased or easily decreased depending on what circumstances we’re currently having within our life and how those circumstances make us feel about ourselves and our reality.

Whereas our frequency is not dependent on moment-to-moment feelings, and our frequency is not dependent on what thoughts we’re able to access in any one given moment. Our frequency, we could look at more like it’s a savings account, whereas the vibration is more of what we’re able to play around with when it comes to our finances every day. But what we put in our savings account, which is our frequency, is what is ours to keep. It’s what’s more important in the long run.

Even now, this concept of frequency and vibration are never meant to be pitted against one another. It’s simply meant for us to be able to discern the difference between these two. When it comes to our frequency, our frequency is how conscious we are and therefore how aware we are. So when you think of frequency, think of awareness. The higher awareness we are, the more conscious we are, the more self-awareness and aware we are about our reality in general. All of that feeds into our frequency.

The more we raise our frequency, the more that awareness creates psychic protection. So frequency will naturally start to protect a person’s being, no matter how much their vibration drops from moment to moment or every day, because frequency has to do with our spirit, whereas vibration has to do with our personality and what we’re able to manifest in our reality and what we’re able to experience in our reality based on the emotions and the thoughts that we’re currently accessing.

Vibration is very important when it comes to our ability to manifest, which is why we hear so much within the spirit of this age about raising our vibration. There is nothing inherently wrong with wanting to raise our vibration. The issue, though, is that we have this really aggressive way sometimes we can go about it. It’s very innocent, but we tend to want to raise our vibration at all costs, which means that we end up not wanting to look at the aspects of us that don’t have a high vibe or we want to deny and ignore aspects of our reality and aspects of ourselves that make us feel uncomfortable or we’re afraid will bring up fear and therefore drop our vibration.

Our vibration, shaped by thoughts and feelings, offers moment-to-moment feedback, adapting to current circumstances. Conversely, our frequency, similar to a savings account, remains unaffected by momentary thoughts or feelings. While vibration is easily changed, frequency maintains enduring significance, reflecting our spiritual essence over time.

There’s all sorts of different judgments that we place on our vibration that can end up accidentally strangling it into a lower state simply because we wish to raise it. And yet, when it comes to frequency, frequency doesn’t even matter if you’re in a horrible state. It doesn’t matter if you feel like crap about yourself or like crap about the world in that current moment or even in that current chapter of your life. Because frequency is in it for the long haul.

When it comes to our frequency, this has to do with activating our spiritual discernment. So frequency is how conscious and aware a being is, and that creates a feedback loop. What that feedback loop does is end up protecting us from metaphysical detrimental forces when we don’t feel good or when we don’t have our awareness specifically focused on trying to protect ourselves, such as when we’re in sleep or when we’re too busy in the day to freak out and be paranoid about things.

In its most basic form, frequency refers to the number of times an event occurs in a specific amount of time. So it’s the measurement of intervals from a wave’s oscillation, and a wave’s oscillation is what we call our vibration. This is why everyone thinks our frequency and our vibration are one and the same. But in the metaphysical context, frequency is no longer measuring the number of times a wave oscillates. Instead, our frequency contains the totality of our awareness, otherwise known as the totality of information that is stored inside the entire bandwidth of our energy field.

Vibration is the physical manifestation of our resonant frequency, but it is not the totality of information inside our energy field. Vibration will always be in flux with the ebbs and flows of life. In fact, it is meant to oscillate or ebb and flow for that very reason. Our vibration is designed to gain the information contained within the peaks and lows of life. But what becomes integrated into our consciousness is ours to keep. It now becomes a part of our frequency.

So what most people really want is psychic protection or they want to feel protected in some way and regarding everything. When it comes to protection from the fact that they’re in a low vibratory state, their vibration is currently in a state of fear or need some sort of fortification. They need some sort of protection, some buffer. But what’s really going to do that has to do with our frequency. Our frequency is how aware we are, and once we put that awareness into our savings account, meaning once we become more knowledgeable, once we become more accepting of what we need to be aware of within ourselves, within our own psyche, as well as within the world, all of that ends up going into our psychic spiritual discernment. And that is what already starts putting that online. It starts operating without you consciously needing to be fixated on it or consciously needing to continuously do something in order to activate it.

In order to maintain it at a certain point, your frequency will just protect you, and you can just go about your life, and you could just not have to worry about it at all because once again, you’re putting it into a savings account. Anything that goes into raising your frequency, you can just bet was hard-earned. And if it was hard-earned, it was hard-won. So that already is going to be taken care of. You raised your frequency by becoming more aware.

Our frequency assumes a pivotal role in manifestation, reaching beyond the immediate moment-to-moment scope. It intricately ties to one’s purpose, embodying a broader, long-term vision entwined with spiritual evolution and growth. As you progress, your frequency has the power to attract manifestations into your orbit, sometimes even without your complete understanding of the initial attraction. This heightened vision originates from your spirit and higher self.

In contrast, your vibration is rooted in your moment-to-moment reality and is more closely tied to your personality. This is entirely acceptable. Vibration determines our ability to manifest and access opportunities in our day-to-day reality. Cultivating positive emotions and thoughts contributes to our self-perception and our capacity to navigate the world. Consequently, this aids in manifesting our desires swiftly and robustly in the present moment.

Carnivore Diet

In stark contrast to veganism, the carnivore diet is composed of exclusively animal products, mainly meat. Though this goes against the common consensus that whole plant foods are healthy, thousands of people have experienced miraculous results after going on a 100% carnivore diet meal plan, myself included.

In 2021, Harvard University published a study looking at how a carnivore diet affected the health of more than 2000 people. At the end of the 6 month trial, the researchers concluded that “contrary to common expectations, adults consuming a carnivore diet experienced few adverse effects and reported health benefits and high satisfaction.”

  • 98 percent improved conditions related to diabetes
  • 97 percent improved gastrointestinal symptoms
  • 96 percent improved psychiatric symptoms
  • 95 percent improved in overall health and high levels of satisfaction
  • 93 percent improved or resolved obesity and excess weight
  • 93 percent improved hypertension
  • 84 to 100 percent reduced diabetic medication use

And here’s an interesting twist: take a look at how YouTube is banning and censoring information that challenges mainstream health narratives. The keto and carnivore diets are in the firing line, facing heavy suppression. Youtubers are even paid to spread fear and misinformation around these diets. Why? Because these diets are turning the tables, rapidly healing people, and suddenly, the reliance on doctors and drugs is taking a back seat. It’s a game-changer, and guess who’s losing out BIG TIME! The status quo is facing a formidable challenge.

If you're eating a sufficient amount of meat, you're much less hungry and don't feel the need to snack. I'm eating less than I ever have and I'm the healthiest I've ever been - STELLA YOUNG

What Is The Carnivore Diet?

The carnivore diet is a straightforward eating plan: you consume only animal-based foods and products, with all other food categories restricted. It’s like an elimination diet on steroids, cutting out all processed foods and focusing on animal-sourced options. Think venison, lamb, eggs, beef, organ meats, bone broth, bone marrow, seafood, pork, poultry, low-lactose dairy and more.

While initially appearing unconventional, some proponents argue that plant foods are not essential for survival. They posit that carbohydrates, primarily found in plants, are the only non-essential macronutrient. According to this perspective, fats and proteins are vital for our bodies to thrive, whereas carbohydrates are not as necessary. From my own experience over the past 12 months, I have found that to be true.

Popular podcasters like Joe Rogan, Lex Friedman, Jordan & Mikhaila Peterson, and renowned health experts such as Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Robert Cywes, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Robert Kiltz, and more are creating a buzz about it. Even high-performance athletes like world-class mixed martial artist George St. Pierre, pitcher Noah Syndergaard, and Rugby star Curtis Sironen are swearing by it for peak performance. What’s causing all the excitement? The Carnivore Diet. It’s not just a passing trend; it’s a revolutionary approach, and these influential figures are living proof.

Thousands of people have reduced or even reversed symptoms of diabetes, digestive issues, depression, mental disorders, skin conditions, joint pain, hormonal imbalances, lyme disease, chronic fatigue, candida overgrowth, pain, inflammation, etc.

It might sound a bit out there, but people are experiencing fantastic benefits:

  • Fast and sustainable weight loss
  • Reversing Type II diabetes
  • Mental clarity & focus
  • Eliminating digestion problems
  • Reduced inflammation in the body
  • Improved metabolic health
  • Improved heart health
  • Increased testosterone and libido
  • PCOS and other menstrual cycle imbalances
  • Putting IBS, Crohn’s, and Ulcerative Colitis in remission

How did I find myself adopting the carnivore diet, and what led me to this choice? Let me provide a brief history of where my struggles with weight began.

My Weight Loss Rollercoaster

From a young age, I was a ball of energy, diving into sprinting, swimming, tennis, high jump, and gymnastics during my primary school years. But in 1989, at the age of 12, a gymnastics session took an unexpected turn—I broke my arm during a backflip.

That injury marked the beginning of my weight gain journey. Unable to maintain my usual exercise routine, I stuck to my accustomed eating habits – 3 large meals a day, plus plenty of snacks. My activity level never went back to what I was used to resulting in weight gain year over year.

Fast forward to November 10, 2022—I had ridden the rollercoaster of countless diets: vegan, raw vegan, vegetarian (and all it’s variants), pescatarian, military diet, Herbalife, low fat, 5-2 diet, Mediterranean, Zone, Atkins diet, and a couple of highly questionable weight loss tactics. All proved futile and unsustainable, especially for someone seeking practical, sensible dietary solutions. After each diet, my weight rebounded, and then some.

Enter the carnivore diet, and a year down the road, I’ve shed 18kg, transformed into a happier version of myself, and, if I may say so, a more well-rounded individual too. Forget the days of relentless hunger and binge eating—they’re a thing of the past. I’ve never experienced such contentment and harmony with food in my entire life! That, to me, is hitting the jackpot!

From Vegan to Carnivore

From guilt-tripped vegan to thriving carnivore: My journey in a nutshell. Inspired by ‘Earthlings,’ I embraced a vegan diet, thinking it was a noble stand against animal cruelty. Little did I know about the unseen consequences—soil tilling wiping out small animals, pesticides harming insects and humans, and even shooting predators to protect crops.

Enter Mike Archer’s revelation: producing wheat protein results in 25x more animal casualties than beef protein. A wake-up call for vegans.

Personal vegan struggles followed—hair loss, weakened teeth, irregular periods, brain fog, and depression. Reintroducing fish brought relief and a 90% improvement. Veganism wasn’t meeting my nutritional needs.

Cue the carnivore diet—a game-changer. My mood is stable, hormones are happy, and my monthly cycle is a breeze. I am in total control of my hunger. In fact, I only get hungry around 14h00-15h00 most days, and during the week leading up to my cycle, I might have two meals a day between 11h00-15h00. The carnivore lifestyle has truly transformed my well-being.

Plants vs Meat : Why I Stopped Eating Veggies

Alright, let’s cut to the chase. Oxalates – ever heard of them? They’re one of those natural plant toxins plants use to fend off the creepy crawlies, and guess what? We’re on the receiving end as the predators.

Now, for ages, we’ve been spoon-fed the idea that veggies are the ultimate health heroes. They’re supposed to be the Avengers against cancer, the detox squad for our digestive systems, and the knights in shining armour rescuing us from heart disease – the superheroes of a healthy diet.

But hold the salad! Recent research is turning the spotlight on the veggies’ dark side. Behind the green goodness, they’re packing plant toxins, antinutrients, and phytochemicals that can mess with us on a cellular level. These troublemakers trigger immune reactions leading to chronic inflammation and disease. And guess what? Oxalates are leading the pack as one of the heavyweight plant toxins we’re unwittingly chowing down on.

Even within the contentious landscape of the carnivore diet, one assertion stands out as particularly controversial. Here, I’ll present two potentially unsettling claims:

  1. Vegetables are not essential.
  2. Vegetables might be harmful to a significant portion of the population.

Let’s peek into the plant’s perspective. Veggies are like Fort Knox – they don’t want to be eaten, and they’ll go to great lengths to protect their precious DNA. Now, fruit, on the other hand, is the cool kid in the plant world. Plants WANT their fruit to be devoured so the seeds can hitch a ride to a new home, BUT that doesn’t mean you’ll thrive on them as they’re still high in fructose which will spike your blood sugar levels and mess with your hunger signals. I tried to reintroduce fruit for a day and bang!, my cravings came back and my blood sugar was out of control the rest of the day. When you’re on a clean diet such as the carnivore diet, it’s easy to see which foods trigger you when you reintroduce them one at a time. Also, the point is to control your blood sugars, especially if you’re on a weight loss journey.

Defining what is considered healthy involves understanding the fundamental reasons behind our eating habits. It’s akin to absentmindedly opening the pantry repeatedly without a clear purpose.

In my interpretation, the distinction between healthy and unhealthy can be summarized as follows:

Unhealthy: Fails to meet the body’s nutrient requirements and leads to adverse consequences.

Healthy: Meets the body’s nutrient requirements without resulting in adverse consequences. Our primary motivations for eating are centered around obtaining:

We eat for two main reasons: Energy + Essential Nutrients. As humans are heterotrophs, our bodies lack the ability to produce all necessary components independently, necessitating the intake of specific nutrients from our diet.

The three essential macronutrients are protein, carbohydrates, and fat, vital for proper bodily function.

Additionally, there are four indispensable classes of micronutrients:

  • Vitamins (A, B, C, E, K, Choline, Folate, etc.)
  • Minerals (Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Sodium, Ionide, etc.)
  • Fatty Acids (Omega 3 and Omega 6, etc.)
  • Amino Acids (Isoleucine, Leucine, etc.)

When seeking healthy food options, the focus should be on nutrient density, a reliable energy supply, and the absence of adverse side effects. Biochemically, animal products are the only sources where we can get all our macro and micronutrient needs.

Vitamins A, B12, D and K2 — nutrients that we cannot function without — are not prevalent at all in plant foods

While a separate issue, this is also a huge contributing factor to the mental health crisis today. Vital nutrients such as DHA, B12, Iron, and selenium play a crucial role in brain health. Depriving the brain of these nutrients by excluding animal products can have adverse effects.

Humans have the capacity to sustain themselves solely on animal products, a feat not achievable with plants or carbohydrates.

A properly designed carnivore diet, incorporating beef steak, beef liver, and eggs, ensures 100% nutrient sufficiency.

Animal products outperform plant-based sources in every nutrient category, with the exception of Vitamin C. However, due to glucose ascorbate antagonism, even with lower Vitamin C intake on a carnivore diet, absorption is likely higher.

In summary, steak and beef liver surprisingly emerge as the pinnacle of a balanced diet, providing the perfect quantities of essential macro and micronutrients. Plant foods often contain nutrients in less bioavailable forms, making it harder for our bodies to absorb compared to their animal counterparts. For example:

  • Vitamin K2 more important than Vitamin K1
  • DHA is more important than ALA
  • Heme Iron is more bioavailable than non-heme iron
  • Vitamin A retinol is more bioavailable than Vitamin A carotenoids
  • Vitamin D3 is more bioavailable than Vitamin D2

Animal foods contain all the highly bioavailable nutrients, unlike plant foods. Numerous food companies attempt to mislead consumers into thinking that all forms of nutrients, such as Vitamin A, are equivalent. Fortunately, as you’re reading this, you won’t be deceived.

A significant portion of the population suffers from nutrient deficiencies. This deficiency often leads to persistent hunger, prompting individuals to repeatedly reach into their pantries. The main contributing factor is that people rely on vegetables and carbohydrates to satisfy their hunger when, in reality, turning to animal foods would be more nutritionally beneficial.

Illness isn't caused by a drug deficiency. It is caused by improper nutrition and the body's inability to absorb nutrients from the food we eat.
